Three generations of the Salvestrin Family have been selling grapes to from their Estate Vineyard in Napa Valley to the best Cabernet producers which now goes into their own wine.

90 Points Robert Parker:  "Made up of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 3% Syrah and 1% Cabernet Franc, the Salvestrin  Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley has a deep garnet-purple color and nose of cassis, earth, red and black cherries, sage and tobacco. The palate is medium to full-bodied and chewy with an herbal lift....Salvestrin can boast multiple generations farming its vineyards since 1932, so this is by no means a newcomer to the Napa Valley wine scene. These wines never seem to get old, and this will be one our grandchildren can enjoy circa 2050."
