An elegant, full-bodied skirt made from 100% cotton! It has two layers: an outer layer with dramatic lace cutouts, and a solid lining layer that provides full coverage underneath. Both layers are cotton, which makes this skirt very comfortable and breathable.

The waistband is elastic, making the fit stretchy and accommodating. It also has pockets at both side seams!
