Flattery is a reality built from an illusion: generatively looped macro photography of my favourite blue, PB29 - synthetic Ultramarine. It is a form that seems larger than it is; a peak that holds because we are willing to believe in it. It is an inquiry into our times.

Flattery opens REACTOR: a new series of artworks of sustained curiosity. It is where attention is applied daily in the atelier without a specific goal, allowing new work to emerge over time. Each piece begins with a what if: materials, physics, photography, and algorithmic loops. What remains is not a planned outcome, but evidence of time spent paying attention.

The stream follows this curiosity to its natural conclusion; whether resolving as a singular one-of-one artefact or a specific sequence, the format is recognised only when the investigation demands material presence.
