To create this cider - made in collaboration with TATE - FInd & Foster cidermakers Polly and Mat picked and pressed a blend of perfectly ripe sharp, sweet and bittersweet apples from the orchards they foster in the Exe Valley, allselected for their aromatic qualities. Their aim was to create a rounded, balanced, aromatic, naturally sparkling, medium dry pet nat with body, subtle tannic grip, and a refreshing acidity.

You'll find notes of orange and grapefruit pith, wild herbs and soft tannins on the tongue, stone fruits on the nose.
