Fresh - Floral - Stonefruit

Arianna Occhipinti is the niece of world-famous natural winemaker Guisto Occhipinti of COS and discovered her love for wine at a young age. She has been making wine from her estate near to Vittoria, in the far south of Sicily, for more than a decade. Her vineyards are worked using biodynamic principals and she also takes a non-interventionalist approach in the cellar, ensuring only natural yeasts are used, along with no temperature control, fining or filtration and minimal SO2 at bottling. 

SP68 Bianco is extremely fresh with an aromatic nose of delicate white flowers, chamomile and white peaches. The palate is herbaceous and mineral with a dry finish.
