The Surf Tonic combines the T-4 Tonic Blend with sea salt and magnesium sulphate for a dual action formula — the salt adds texture and volume while the botanical actives (witch hazel, nettle, rosemary and horsetail) work beneath the surface to reduce oiliness and support the hair and scalp. Fragrance-free, water-soluble and easy to remove. Works on damp or nearly dry hair; spray from mid-shaft to ends for best results. Layers cleanly with other Reuzel products.
