A delightful little midcentury charm that itself harkened back - way back - to the first style of bicycle, the penny farthing. The penny farthing dominated (and had a great many selling points) but for a brief period in the 1870s and 1880s, before being displaced by the bike design we still know today. A whimsical mechanical charm for lovers of fads, mechanics, and cycling alike.

Very good vintage condition with some wear, including the loss of the left pedal; all moving parts function.
