Quicksilver

Quicksilver is a handsome big bird. He has been constructed in the style of our original Barn Owl design with a slight change in colourings. His face and belly have been cut from a gorgeous long pile grey and white faux fur with a tipped/tufted effect that works well to replicate the appeal of feathers. While his wings and the back of his body have been cut from our gorgeous golden feather-striped faux fur. His little feet and beak have been cut from faux suede and he has a single, firmly tightened T-pin joint in his neck (so he can do the 360 degree owl head movement for some realistic poses). 

Quicksilver is quite well stuffed with polyfill and steel shot to give him a cuddly weight. He is larger then he sounds when you see the measurement of 14” tall as well – think life-size for a good idea (he's a chunky little guy). We have kits available if you'd like to make your own Quicksilver owl, but this Quicksilver will be the only one made here at Emma's Bears.
